A. Geraldine "Dena" Cox, 84, Hill City, died Friday, Nov. 16, 2007, at Graham County Hospital, Hill City. She was born Aug. 23, 1923, in Hill City to Stanley John and Della Winfred (Maulsby) Vincent. She married James V. "Jimmie" Cox on Sept. 30, 1950, in Hoxie. He preceded her in death. She was a hairdresser/homemaker.
Survivors include three sons, Mike Cox, Stanley Cox, and Guy Cox, a daughter, Delia Shoemaker, a brother, Frank Vincent, two sisters, Mary Welty, and Helen Ehrlich, nine grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

Burial is in the Hill City Cemetery.
