Marie DUNNING:

Marie Dunning, 86, Hill City, died Thursday, Feb. 7, 2008, at Dawson Place Nursing Home, Hill City. She was born July 23, 1921, in rural Graham County to Aldey and Evelyn (Saindon) Manny. She married Richard Dunning on Sept. 3, 1941, in Damar. He preceded her in death on May 10, 1996. She was a homemaker.

Survivors include seven sons, Leon Dunning, Earl Dunning, Glenn Dunning, Duane Dunning, Dale Dunning, Craig Dunning, and Kent Dunning, a daughter, Nadine Dunning, a brother, Walter Manny, five sisters, Lenor Irby, Berneda Voss, Delores Colbert, Aldea Webb, and Ruby Jennings, 15 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a grandchild.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, Hill City; burial in Memorial Lawn Cemetery.
