Debra S. Gavin, 56, Mesa, Ariz., formerly of Hill City, died Friday, Feb. 6, 2009, in Mesa.

She was born Dec. 2, 1953, in Norton to Lureine and Nellie (Tracy) Brown.

She married Daniel Gavin. She was a registered nurse.

Survivors include a son, Sgt. Corey Gavin; a sister, Anita Mills; and two grandchildren.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Stinementz Funeral Home, Hill City; burial in Prairie Home Cemetery, rural Hill City.
