Born in Oil City. Daughter of Maurice Edward & Margaret Ethel (Youngbirg) Rickard. Survivors include her husband, Glen Harper, two sons, Rick, & Randy Harper, two daughters, Vickey Robertson, & Marily Rhudy, two sisters, Edla Hilts, & Leona Lancelot, 14 grandchildren, & four great-grandchildren.
Burial in Memorial Lawn Cemetery
