Leonard H. Heskett, 85, Oakley, died Sunday, Nov. 28,2004, at Logan County
Hospital. He was born May 7, 1919, in Graham County, son of Charles Earl and
Marinda Rose ,(Hayes) Heskett. He married Myrna Dunning on Oct. 26, 1939; in
Hill City .He was a farmer and parts manager at Swart Park Motors, Oakley.
Survivors include his wife, of the home; three sons, Wayne Heskett, Joe Heskett,
and Paul Heskett, two daughters, Donna Schielke, and Vicki Halbleib, 6
grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren.
A son, James Earl Heskett, preceded him in death.
Burial in Oakley Cemetery, Oakley, Kansas.
