Matilda KLEYMANN

Matilda Kleymann:

Matilda Kleymann, 86, Tribune, died Tuesday, July 8, 2008 at Greeley County Health Center, Tribune. She was born Feb. 25, 1922, in St. Peter to Mathew and Madlen Pfeifer Bender. She was a 1943 graduate of Greeley County High School, Tribune, and Fort Hays State Teachers College in 1944.

She married Bernard McGee on Feb. 25, 1943 in Wichita County. He preceded her in death Jan. 16, 1944. She later married Frederick J. Kleymann on Jan. 11, 1950, in Wichita County. He preceded her in death Aug. 4, 1997. She was a U.S. Post Office clerk in Greeley County.

Survivors include two sons, Joseph Kleymann, and Blane Kleymann, a daughter, Bonnie Kern, a sister, Albena Browning, five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Mountain time Monday at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Tribune.
