Rose Knoll:

Rose Knoll, 83, Hill City, formerly of Morland, died Saturday, Dec. 15, 2007, at Graham County Hospital, Hill City. She was born June 23, 1924, in St. Peter to Peter John and Rose (Gabel) Knoll. She worked for Ross Brooks at his grocery store and later for Maggie Nichols. She was a volunteer at Mission Mart, Hill City. She moved to Dawson Place in 1997 and was a member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, Hill City.

Survivors include a brother, William Knoll, two sisters, Mildred Bottomly and husband, Jim, and Dorothy Johnson and husband, Loyde, Keller.
Her parents; five brothers, Alfred Knoll, Anton Knoll, John P. Knoll, Nicholas Knoll and Brandy Knoll; and three sisters, Sophie Knoll, Irene Knoll and Mary Ann Knoll, preceded her in death.

Services will be at Dawson Place, Hill City at a later date; inurnment in Memorial Lawn Cemetery, Hill City, Kansas, Graham County.
