Born in Augusta. Son of James Coby & Emma May (Clark) Osborn, Kansas. Married Chester W. "Chet" Osborn & Vivian Inez Hedlund on July 8, 1945, in McPherson, Kansas. Survivors include his wife, a son, Curtis Osborn, a daughter, Pat Cook, & two grandchildren.
