Robert Radcliffe

Robert Radcliffe, 87, Westminster, Colo., fomerly of Hill City, died Saturday, July 11, 2009, at his home.

He was born Oct. 25, 1921, in rural Graham County, to Earl and Alice Sarah (Lilly) Radcliffe.

He married Leola McDaniel in November 1945. He was an auctioneer. He was a U.S. Army veteran, serving during World War II.

Survivors include a son, Dana Radcliffe, Syracuse, N.Y.; a daughter, Laurie Belleau, Hill City; a brother, Gene Radcliffe, Phoenix; a sister, Barbara Schroeder/Foster, Bella Vista, Ark.; three grandchildren; five step-grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Stinemetz Funeral Home, Hill City; burial in Memorial Lawn Cemetery, Hill City.
