Response: From Cemeteries of Miami Co, KS, Vol 2 p 71, Louisburg Cemetery, Row 2, Lot E40: Tronjo, Mamie A 1869-1942.

Vol 2, p 79, louisburg Cemetery, East Side between fence and east drive, lot 312: Tronjo, Anna Mae d 20 Jan 1978; Tronjo, John 1843-1931 Am Legion; Tronjo, Rachael E 1842-1913 wife; Tronjo, George G 8 Jan 1874 - 21 Feb 1970 Major 137th Inf Sp Am War, WW II.

Note this one is a little confusing, abstracted as written - Vol 2, p 111, Louisburg Cemetery, Row 1, Lot C 145: Tronjo?, Sarah E (Elizabeth) his wife 1 Sep 1856 - 2 Jul 1954; Shelton, W. (William) A. 1848-1908; Shelton, infant son of J.W. and Juana. My best guess would be is that she remarried after the death of her husband.

From Family Histories and Stories of Miami Co, KS, Vol 1, p 242, photograph of the Thomas Polk Lewis and Zilpah Alice Lewis extended family on the occasion of their 50th wedding anniversary. [caption says 7 Aug 1917 but text says they were married 7 Aug 1861, so either marriage year or photo year must be wrong]. Beth Tronjo Ayres and Mayme Marley Tronjo are included in the photograph.

From Family Histories and Stories of Miami Co, KS, Vol 2, pp 88 - 92, Growing Up in Louisburg 1926-1944 by Phil Thomas. p 91 Other businesses - George Tronjo - house painting.
