Query: From Index of Births, 1844 - 1911: Rowe, Ella M 33; Rowe Elmer, 91; Rowe, Ida M 73. I did find the solution to why Elmer and Estella's two children were relinquished for adoption at the Miami Co site! Elmer died before Estella, in 1912. She died of cancer in 1915. Her mother was about 61 then. Most of his siblings and his mother were dead.

'85 and Viola b Eldorado, Butler Co. KS. Mar. 28, 1890. Starkey Family moved to Cardiff, CO. by 1893 to follow Starkey's Railroad occupation. Unable to find Allie Sarah's parents or siblings. Some in the more current Family thought Allie was of American Indian decent, which she wouldn't admit to. Any information appreciated.
