Mrs. Myrtle Belden
Funeral services are pending for Mrs. Myrtle Belden, 58, of 308 South Market, who died Wednesday in a local hospital.
Mrs. Belden was born November 14, 1895, at Pilot Point, Tex., and had resided in Joplin, Mo., coming here 20 years ago.
She was a member of First Baptist Church in Sherman, Tex., and married Omer Belden March 30, 1920, in Sherman.
In addition to her husband, Mrs. Belden is survived by a son, Omer C., Jr., of 837 North Pinecrest; two sisters, Mary Allmon and Mrs. Louis Barnes, both of Sherman; a brother, Harry Allmon of Battle Creek, Mich., and two grandchildren.
Funeral arrangements will be announced by Byrd-Snodgrass Mortuary.
