Mrs. Edna Aldena De Vore, aged 49, of 335 North Ash, died at 9:50 p. m. Monday in a local hospital. She was born Mar. 14, 1900, at Greenwich, Kan., and carne to Wichita seven years ago from Benton, Kan. She was a member of the Benton Christian church and the Veterans of Foreign Wars auxiliary.
Surviving are two sons, Donald M. De Vore, Benton, and William D. De Vore, 335 North Ash, three sisters, Mrs. Lena Wolf, Benton, Mrs. Mary Elgin, Augusta, and Mrs. Gladys Elting, 304 South Chautauqua; brother, Walter Strong, Greenwich; and three grandchildren.
Funeral arrangements will be announced by Downing mortuary. Burial will be at Andover.
