Mrs. Rosa Martha Miller, 70, Resided in Wichita District 66 years 

Mrs. Rosa Martha Miller, 70, route 8, Wichita, a resident of Sedgwick County 66 years, died last evening in a local hospital following a short illness. 

She was a native of Germany and came to the United States with her parents when she was only a few months old. The family came to Kansas in 1874 and settled on a farm 10 miles west of Wichita. She was married November 20, 1901 to C. A. Miller, who died April 11, 1937. 

Mrs. Miller attended the old Lewis academy in Wichita and Kansas State Teachers college at Emporia. She taught several years in the rural schools of Sedgwick County. She was a member of Harmony Presbyterian Church. 

Survivors include five sons, Maurice H., Waynoka, OK, G. Lawrence, 927 Perry, A. Francis, Chicago, Ill., Harold E., of the home, and Everett B., Conroe, TX; one daughter, Mrs. Fred H. Jones, Arkansas City, Kan. three brothers, Richard Heinig, route 8, Wichita, Alfred, Route 8, Wichita, and George Heinig, 1625 Parker; eight grandchildren; two nephews, and one niece. 

Funeral arrangements will be announced by Downing Mortuary.
