Laura Mary Berls, 89, died Sunday, April 20, 2003. She was born June 10, 1913, in rural Leoville, daughter of George and Louise (Meitl) Schroer. She was a retired homemaker and nurse aide.
Survivors include two sons, Anthony, and Larry, four daughters, Maxine Shipley, Mary Rose Griffin, Joyce Chaffin, and Linda Moses, a brother, Jim Schroer, two sisters, Rose Mary Lamberson, and Dee LaGesse, 22 grandchildren; and 31 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe, in 1976.
Burial in the Selden Cemetery.
