Born in rural Sheridan County. He was the son of Samuel & Gladys (Brown) Coburn. He married Glenva Stephenson on Oct. 21, 1962, in rural Sheridan County. He was a farmer/stockman. Survivors include his wife, of the home, a son, Lance Coburn, two daughters, Maylene Dees & Jodie Munk, a brother, David Coburn, a sister, Arlene Bird, & five grandchildren. Burial in Baker Township Cemetery, Gove County.
