Juliana Haffner. 91. formerly of Hoxie. died Sunday. July 2, 2006. at Hays Medical Center. She was born April 1, 1915, in Collyer, Kansas, daughter of Christian and Mariana (Waldman) Uhrich. She married Lambert Haffner on Nov 26. 1945. in Collyer He preceded her In death in April of 1982.
Survivors include a daughter. Mary Frances Stremel, two brothers. Cletus Uhrich, Joe Uhrich, two sisters. Itha Sheck and Eugenia Uhrich, five grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren.and one great-great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by five brothers, Frank, Julius, Leo, George, and Alfred Uhrich; and two sisters, Mary Uhrich and Pauline Zimmerman.
Burial in St. Frances Catholic Cemetery, Hoxie.
