Born in Menlo, Kansas. Daughter of Joseph & Mary (Houstin) Channell. She married Harry Schwarz on Sept. 22, 1936, in Angelus, Ks. He died March 1, 1988. Survivors include three sons, David, Charles & Mike Schwarz, three daughters, Patricia Ellis, Joan Rathbun, & Linda Watt, 31 grandchildren, & 2 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Harry Jr.
