Donald Anthony Sulzman, 78, Dresden, died Friday, March 9, 2007, at Cedar Living Center, Oberlin. He was born Dec. 4, 1928, in rural Sheridan County, son of William and Bertha (Zodrow) Sulzman. He married Lillian Skubal Truetken on April 22, 1961. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He was a heavy-equipment operator.
Survivors include his wife, of the home; six sons, John Truetken, Ladimir "Lad" Truetken, Harold Sulzman, Phillip Sulzman, Michael Sulzman, and Kurt Sulzman, four brothers, Bob Sulzman, Bill Sulzman, and Frank Sulzman and Jim Sulzman, six sisters, Mary Lou Schroer Laird, Jeanette Sulzman, Agnes Roberts, Virginia Sulzman, and Carol Sulzman, and Susanne Manley, and nine grandchildren.
Burial in the Selden Cemetery.
