Born in Scott City, Kansas, Scott County. Son of Walter Jacob & Stella (Daniels) Timken. He married Etta Jane Taylor on Feb. 2, 1953, in Studley, Kansas. Survivors include his wife, of the home, a daughter, Cindy Eller, a brother, Frank Timken, two sisters, Nadine White, & Easter Bainter, two grandchildren, & two great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son, Danny Timken, & a daughter, Sharon Sue Timken.
