Born near Lucerne. Son of John & Mable (Haynes) Treu. He married Harry Liester on March 5, 1945, in Hoxie. Survivors include his wife, three daughters, Marilyn Rogers, Shelley Nondorf, & Carole Clark, four sisters, Elsie Pickett, Norma Boxler. Betty Morken, & Katie Currier, six grandchildren, & 2 great-grandchildren.
