Katherine Lucille Wente, 62, Hoxie, died Wednesday, June 6, 2007, at Sheridan County Hospital, Hoxie. She was born Oct. 27, 1944, in Muskogee, Okla., to Milford Harold and Fern Maxine (Myers) Irwin. She married Rudy Wente in 1969. He preceded her in death Nov. 23, 1989. She was a cook.
Survivors include a son, Rudy Wente, a daughter, Connie Martin, a brother, Harold Irwin, four grandchildren; and four step-grandchildren.
Burial in the Lucerne Cemetery, Sheridan County, Kansas
