Josie was born in Park, Kansas, Gove County. Daughter of: Joseph & Mary Goetz. She married: Nick Wittman on June 6, 1933. He died in April 1996. Survivors include: a son, Gordon Whittman & a daughter, Angie Post, a brother, Leo Goetz, a sister, Ella Walt. She was preceded in death by a son, Melvin.
