9/27/1934 — 9/25/2008Betty Jean Crisp, 73, of Kansas City, KS formerly of Ellis KS passed away on Thursday, September 25th, 2008 at Medical Lodge Post Acute Care Nursing Home, Kansas City, KS. Graveside Funeral Services will be Noon Tuesday Sept. 30, 2008 at the Bonner Springs Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11:00 am to Noon prior to the service at the Alden-Harrington Funeral Home.

Betty was born in WaKeeney, KS. on Sept. 27, 1934 and she moved to the Kansas City area in the mid 1990's.
She worked at several Nursing Homes as an LPN over the years, before retiring due to Medical reasons. She enjoyed working on her family's genealogy, but her biggest love was her family.
She was preceded in death by one great grandson Keshawn in 2008 and two grandchildren Michael in 1991 and Becky in 1980, 2 brothers Jack and Junior Smith and her parents Herbert Smith and Elsie Cotton.
She is survived by one son Gene Crisp of, one daughter Connie Steinert, one sister Shirley Smith, one grandson Bill Steinert, one granddaughter Marcie Steinert, and two Great Grandsons Tristan and Kevin.
