I've done research on John Byars Anderson who settled in Kansas after the Civil War and was prominent in railroads and in the establishment of Emporia College.
Is this any connection to your family?
Looking for info. on Jesse Lloyd Webster b 1907 in KS. He was in the navy during W II
Looking for any info on these two families in Kansas. Believe my ggrandparents Fred THUDIUM and Hanna SUGHRUE were married about 1913, and had two sons, Frederick born Jan. 1915 and Frances born Dec. 1916. Both sons were born in KS, and the family lived there until approximately 1938 when they moved to CA. I believe both these families could have come to KS from MO.
I am looking for more information on Alice Arabella McCLOUD, and her husband Dwight Elias FRAZIER. She was born 3 June 1863, Indiana, died 11 Feb. 1948 Pueblo, Pueblo, Colorado. He was born 1861, Kansas, died 8 Oct 1888, Kansas. They were married in Dec. 1880 in Kansas. I suspect they were from the Douglas County area as their daughter Cora Mae was born in Alfred, Douglas Co., Kansas on 9 Mar. 1882, Married 28 Dec. 1904 to Lloyd Edward WOODWARD in Lawrence, Douglas Co, Kansas, Died 12 Apr. 1971 Pueblo, Pueblo Co., Colorado. Lloyd Edward WOODWARD was born 22 Feb. 1880, Belvoir, Douglas Co., Kansas, Died 23 July 1962, Pueblo, Pueblo Co., Colorado
I have quite a bit of information about the WOODWARDS and related families.

I don't think I'm looking for the same Frazer's. The ones I'm
researching
are from Ray Co. Missouri. William and Sarah and their son
John S. Frazer.
They lived in Kansas for a few years before returning to MO.
Trying to find any information on the Whittington family that owned a bank in Atchison, Ks. around the first of the century. He was from England and my Great Grandfather.
Looking for information on William Lawrence father. William was b. 1856 some where in Ks. and married Rachel Emmaline Linn. They had a son Charley, who was born in Galena, Ks. on Nov 29, 1892. William was in Benton County, Ar. in 1900 census. William Father name could be John.
Only information I have been able to find is that my Great Grandmother,Mary Elizabeth Sweet "Polly", was born in "Kansas" about 1882 to William Sweet and Janet McPhee Sweet. Both the above were also recorded as being born in USA... Family history has their families immigrating from Scotland and England first to Canada then to USA. Anyone ever seen this family?

There was a Larry Woosley that graduated with the 1955 class
from Arkansas City, Cowley Co., KS High School.
John Roland Watkins was born in 1878 in Conway County,
Arkansas. He was around 22 years old when he moved to
Coffeeville, Kansas to work in a coal mine. John was later
killed in a cave-in at the coal mine. I need the date of death
and burial place of John. It is unknown if he ever married. He
was supposed to have been traveling with the Couch and
Williams families. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
