I am searching for information on my Great Grandfather John H. Auman. He appears in the 1920 census (lived in Indiana at this time) with a birthday of 1886 in Kansas and married to Margaret E.(?) May, born in Ohio. My Grandfather Walter E. Auman is listed as being 20 years old which would be correct as his birthday is 3/17/1900. If anyone has any information or can put me in the right direction of finding out who John H. Auman's parents were, I would greatly appreciate it. The last name spelling may have been changed somewhere along the way but my Grandfather spelled it Auman and that's how it appears in the 1920 and 1930 census.
