searching for three children who were sent to Kansas on an Orphan Train in 1915. Their names were Jay, Fern and Eva SCHOFIELD and the were placed with the Charles E. STEPHENS family of Baldwin City, Douglas County. They were in Palmyra, Douglas County per the 1920 census. The children apparently assumed the Stephens surname and Jay became Know as J. Richard Stephens. Any info is appreciated.
