The 1870 census of Douglas County lists a Norman Chapman as head of household, at least as far as FamilyFinder Index shows. Is anyone familiar with this family and could someone please find out which members of his family are listed with him if you have the microfilm available. The reader at our local library is broken and the way funding goes, it may be years before I am again able to do my own reading unless I travel 80 miles. Thanks.
