Hello, I'm trying to find the birth cert of Thomas Ramos. Born in Topeka Kansas, June 20, 1905. I had contacted the Kansas Vital Records Dept and they performed a search with negative results. Is it possible birth records for this time frame were lost in a fire or flood? I could use some direction in this matter and would appreciate any assistance.
