Widow Jane Cole and her two sons, Peter and Alfred moved to the Cowley/Sumner area c.1875. They are found in the 1880 census in Guelph Twp. of Sumner KS, but later Jane may have moved to Winfield. They moved to KS from Clinton Co., Illinois, along with daughter, Sarah Cole and her husband W. Fred Shafer. Jane Collins Cole was born c.1820 in Illinois and was the widow of Leonard Cole. I am looking for any information about any of these Cole's.
