My g-grandfather, James David Bond married Celia Bemus or Bemes. They had eight children - Johnny, Mary or Mae, Margaret Sueann (my grdmother- she married Sam Schenk), Lester or Solon, Walter Scott, Robert Perry, Celia Ann, and James or Leo. The family lived in Washington, Washington, Kansas when the first child (Johnny) was born in 1881. I don't know when or where they were married. They moved to Perry, Noble, Oklahoma when the 6th child (Robert) was born on May 30, 1892. They moved again to Anadarko, Caddo, Oklahoma (this is where I was born in 1952) when their 8th child (James or Leo) was born on Dec. 26, 1902.
