Merrick Hayes b. 1863 NY and was in Montgomery Co. KS on the 1880 1900 and 1910 Kansas Census. He married Minnie Ann MICHAELS, (MICHELS, MICHAELS, MICKELS) b. Jan. 1866 MO D. abt. 1947 MO Her mother was born in IN and her father in TN Marriage date abt. 1885 and they lived in Cherryvale, Montgomery Co., KS most if not all of their marriage. Some of their children were Earl, Ernest, Ray, Charlie, Carlen, Loretta, Elsie, Ellis, Mae and maybe more.
