I am searching for ANY info on the whereabouts of Lura A. Coursey. She was in the 1920 census in Coffeyville ( single age 28 ) with her father V.A. Coursey(Valentine)and brother LeRoy Coursey ( single age 27). In 1930 the father is living with different dau.(Stella) in household of son-in-law Wm.D.Sharp.
Whatever became of her ? Did she marry ? If so , who ?
Or did she go with her brother to California in search of gold? Both she and her brother worked as salespeople in "groceries" according to the 1920 census.
Wm.D.Sharp/Stella Sharp/and V.A.Coursey are buried in Fairview Cemetery in Coffeyville. There are some Jennings buried here too I believe , how do they tie into this family??
Does anyone remember this Coursey and Sharp family ?
