For this next one, I did not write the page number down in my notes. Also the Every name index lists her as Jackson, Charlotte. The every name index is a separate book, published a few years ago. The index in the main reference is by surname only.
Heflebower, Jackson Charlotte b. 1846 d. 1910, wife of D. H. Heflebower. Mr. Heflebower is not listed as being buried in the Spring Hill Cemetery.
If you are willing to spend some time searching, obituaries of those who died after 1883, are probably available in microfilms of "The Spring Hill Era" a weekly newspaper published in Spring Hill. The obituaries or death notices usually appeared on page 1.
As for the Jackson who died in Wyandotte County Kansas in 1970 and 1973, their obituaries were most likely published in the Kansas City, MO Times or Star newspapers. There are no obituaries indices for these years, so the only way to find the obituary is to look through the microfilms of the month they died until you find in. If you have the death date, it is no problem to find the obituaries.
If you have any questions, let me know.
Hope this helps
