I am researching my family who spent most of their early life in Greeley Kansas. The head of the family was James Kenmore Slavens, his wife was called Jennie. Children were Martha (Mattie), Orin Clyde (Bud), Delta Jean, Kathryn (Carrie),and Hazel. All the children attended school in Greeley. The family eventually migrated to Northeast Oklahoma. My great grandfather Henry Slavens lived there as well and is buried there. There are some Dixons buried there as well. They are related to my grandmother Jennie Slavens. I would be interested to know if there are any documents relating to property etc.available for copies. R. (Slavens) Myers
