From: Stacey Dietiker momdit@aol.com
Date: Tuesday, August 24, 1999 07:22 PM

Reuben and Catherine Goucher lived in Fredonia from ca. 1866 to the late 1870's. They lost at least one child while living there. Is there anyone who can do lookups in cemeteries near there? I would like to find the grave of his son, David Goucher and find out if any other Goucher children are buried near him.

Also, Reuben Goucher was a doctor. Are there any history books written about Wilson Co., KS that might mention him?

Thanks for any help you can give me.

Hi--
I didn't write the query, but the subject interests me. That is, my great grandfather lived in Wilson County from about 1881-1901 and he and his family moved to Snohomish County, Washington. The Marysville, WA cemetery has a number of burials from the late 1800's early 1900's of Robbins. I'm sure the Ida mentioned is a connection....I just haven't figured it out yet. I'd be interested if anyone has more on this, and I'm willing to share. I have notes from this cemetery, too.
