We are tolerable well in body but hard sore in spirits over the deth of our dear sister, Mother don't grieve or worry ove her we cannot help it everything was doned that could be done to save her. It is a road we all have to travel. We sarted as soon as we got the word that she was bad, but she was dead before we reached thare. Mother don't worry, we all must part it can't be helped it will not help the matter, altho it hard to part with one we loved so dear we put a way respectable and decent. It is not worth while to tell you the particulars green give you them in his letter. Mother I wish you could come out an see us an mak us a visit and see the children. Mother if you will come out green and me will pay your espences back home when ever you want to go, we would send the money to come out but we are not prepared to do so at presanttimes is hard with us and we have not got the money just now, if your helth will permit write and let us know and we will meet you at the railroad you can come from Kansas City to Burlington and we only live 25 miles from burlington. Jessie is the sweetest little girl you eve seen. She always has a smile for you, she seems perfuctly satisfied, she don't worry or cry, she is always satisfied with any thing you give her. She says she is ant Hepes woman and uncle eddy lady uncle georges folks is tolerable well and has been sick but she is up and around again. We have hade consderable sicknip here in this part of the country this fall as a general thing the deseases has not been ___ well. It is getting dark and I can't think of anything more at presant so I will close by asking you to write as soon as this comes hand. Let us know if you can come out and see us give our love to all inquiring friends and reserve a ____ for your self. Give our love to the children and tell them to write.
