# The surname is spelled Ricardson which is a real surname. There is also the possibility that the census taker made a mistake and it is really Richardson.

So where's page 14?????


Good question........... Unfortunately the microfilm from which we are taking this information is lacking that part of page 14 which includes names, age, gender, marital status, etc. We contacted the Kansas State Historical Society and asked them if there is a chance of finding the missing part of page 14. Jane Kelsey, one of the excellent librarians at the Society checked the original census volume for Cedron Township and found that the census taker had not included this page of information in the data submitted! So there is no paper copy available listing the people on this page either. We can tell you (from another part of the census listing heads of families and their agricultural holdings) that the following men appear on page 14:
Jas. Stewart
H. O. Parsen? (or Parson)
Wm Brown
F. L. Brown
N. E. Snavely (who was also the census taker for this township)
