The Emmanuel United Church of Christ will celebrate its 75th anniversary this Sunday, Aug. 26.
Services will begin at 11 a.m. followed by a potluck dinner at noon. Afternoon services are at 2 p.m.
There will be a dedication of the altar set. The candle holders were given in memory of Louis Huehl and Mr. and Mrs. Henry Finke. The cross was given in memory of William Feldkamp.
There will also be a dedication of a painted picture of the former stone church (pictured) given by the Finke sisters in memory of their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Finke.
