I am looking for information about my grandpa who was in Allen county when my father was born in Humboldt in 1913. My grandpa's name was Henry Wirths his wife's name was Maude Wirths, maiden name was Rose. Are there any records at the county court house or were those records in Topeka at that time? My grandpa was born in 1888 in Missouri. Thanks for any help.
