Capt Joshua A. Pike married to Mary Eliza Balcom lived in Lawrence from 1854 til 1870 when he moved to Florence. His children were Frank, born 1857, Fred, born 1867 and later moved to CO, Jessie born ca.1868 and married a Fraser in Topeka and Charles who lived in OK. Capt Joshua was in Civil War.
