I am researching marriage information for my Great Grandparents, Ephraim Monroe Blankinship and Josiebelle Howe. They were in Brown County in the late 1880's, early 1890's. I believe they were married in Horton. Also, I am hoping to find marriage information on William Harrison Howe and Jane Norton. William was Josiebelle's father, and this would of been his third marriage. The Blankinship's moved to Holton, Jackson County, by 1893, as my Grandmother, Lily, was born in Holton in September 1893.
