I know that there are families still in Kansas that are related to me. My grandfather was Isaac F Kivett, who worked on the original survey of Kansas. there were also other kivetts that moved to Kansas from North Carolina after the civil war, some of these were located around coffeeville, Wichita, and Concordia. I would like to hear from any of these people.i have an extensive kivett genealogy and will share data.
