I looked briefly and found the 1880 & 1900 census listings for James and Flora. I couldn't get in to actually see the 1880 listing itself, but found the free information (transcribed from the images) on Ancestry.com to be helpful. In the 1880 census, Flora's mother is called "Isabel" and is listed as being born in 1838 in Ohio. In the 1900 census, you'll see that a "Belle Morris" is listed as the mother of Flora. The census taker mistakenly put down Flora as the head-of-household, but when they corrected their mistake, they didn't fix the relationships to reflect that Mrs. Morris would have been James' mother-in-law, not mother. Also listed in the 1900 census are the birthplaces of Flora's & James' parents and also Isabel/Belle's parents. I have a picture file (jpg) of the 1900 census listing and I'll email it to you.
