I am looking for the marriage of William Humpshire SHAFER and Nellie (UNKNOWN) abt 1897. They are on the 1900 Coffey Co Census with their son, Leroy Scott SHAFER. They divorced before 1907, as William remarried in Washington state in 1907. Nellie's middle name may have been Juanita, as that is how she is listed on the 1920 census in Washington.
Any help in identifying Nellie would be great. Are there birth records in Coffey Co for 1900? Leroy Scott SHAFER was born there 14 Mar 1900.
